Personal donations

APT is a small trust working hard to raise funds. It has to apply regularly to grant-giving bodies to raise the money it needs to maintain aircraft, meet hanger costs, insurance and other expenses including the maintenance of the mobile homes.

Trainees pay their own training fees but APT has to meet expenses behind the scenes.

APT attends flying days to advertise its work and to make more people aware of its existence, but more importantly to make disabled people across the United Kingdom aware of APT and the challenge of flying.

APT has set up a Sponsorship Fund to assist with training fees and thus ensure that flying becomes a reality for more disabled people.
